Any good for a zetec turbo conversion?

just get a payen IMO, they just work and last.
FAI have been good and bad on various engines, never had a Payen fail prematurely.

Its alright dude, I thought I had found 1 of a suitable thickness, the bore is wrong though so its back to the drawing board.

Don't suppose you have a part number for the gasket you used aswell as a thickness?

i just used an st170 payen gasket, no chance i'd have the part number i'm afraid, i used the cardboard for mixing filler on lol!
i believe it was 1.1 mm thick mls, bloody hell the little things are hard to remember.
it's about time you bought a frs box isn't it

are you building a ST170/zetec turbo? will need the 1.8mm gasket if you are

1.8mm Focus RS head gasket (FINIS 1361410)

Its on back order with no e.t.a (checked last monday but will ring again in the morning, hence me looking for alternatives as its delaying me)
