Default anybody know much about renault scenic engines

I've regrettably said I would have a quick look at a scenic that's miss-firing and its got me stumped !

car is a 52 plate 1.6 petrol

its missing / over-fuelling badly below 2.5k - 3k rpm

so far its had changed :
the obvious plugs and coil packs - no difference
MAP sensor - slight improvement
air intake temp - no difference
cleaned the TDC sensor but looked fine when removed

engine light was on and was showing code P0314 (i think) which was "missfire detected"

since changing the MAP its showing no DTC's but problem still there

I was thinking maybe O2 sensor but as no codes showing its got me stumped

any ideas anyone ????

They also suffered from sticking valves, especially when cold.
