cheap ebay rad fans, any1 used them? any good?

im thinking of putting an electric rad fan on my e36 m3.
i have looked at the ebay fans, are they any good? would you trust one?
i like the look of these

i used one on my chevy and it wasnt moveing enough air i had to get a pacet to do the job, that was on a 5.5 litre v8 though with single 16" fan on a triple rad.

The car hardly ever gets used and mainly just comes out at night, never sit in rush hour traffic so doubt it will come on much anyway.
