Default Power estimate on new engine setup?

Just got the new setup running and was wondering what power output it should / may produce? Also looking for some new cheaper mods to finish the setup.

Spec, running 2bar of boost.

- GT3071R.63 fullsize 60mm turbine wheel, 4" compressor housing
- 2wd Reyland modified external wastegate manifold
- Tial 44mm MVR ext WG
- 200block 0,5mm overbore (no pockets in pistons though but they are machiened down 1mm for valve clearance..)
- Stock camshafts
- Piper vernier pullyes
- 750cc Siemens injectors
- 4x4 modified "neck" inlet with 15mm spacer
- Slightly ported head by the valve seats by removing some material (about 10mm on the diameter taken off the curtain behind valve seat
- RS500 cooler, 3bar map, 3" pipe etc.

I am thinking of switching the .63 turbine housing for a .82 as the car reaches 2bar at 3800rpm and I think it forces the compressor into surge? Want to avoid that.. Also I am thinking of getting a BD14 camshaft, any ideas?

edit. car is a 2wd sapphire

Andreas

450'ish

you would benefit from a different cam, but as you dont have pockets in your pistons you are limited, a AB07 cam can be used with no pockets. (you cant have a bd14 without pockets)

I have been reading up on this issue and it seems to be a good idea to switch to the 0.82A/R turbine housing. What is the maximum safe boost on this setup? Specifically at 4500->7000.
Std compression, alternatively AB07 inlet cam, std exhaust cam.

Ive seen cars on here running 2.7bar of boost, at 7.2:1 comp though.
