dead easy to do as all the holes are already there on the shell, the only hard bit is simply removing the parcel shelf support brackets and trimming a bit off for the opening window latch using a craft knife, its marked on rear of the support where to trim so its fool proof and get the proper tool to fit the captive nuts which secure the 2 brackets on each window which fix it to the body

if its like any other ford the holes will be there so take the pilar trims out, find the holes, used the original bolts in the c pilar but the b pilar will need either clinch nuts inserted or use a rivet gun to fit them as you wont be able to get a nut behind the hole (i always used rivets)
rubbers just fit in and with s2 and frst the cutouts for hinges and catch are already marked ready to cut out on the pilar trims but you may not find that

I would assume it will be the same as on a Mk5. Remove standard window and B and C pillar plastic trims. Use rivnut gun to insert threaded inserts into B pillar (2 either side). Fit rubber window seal, bolt B pillar hinge brackets up loosely before inserting rear most bracket tab into slot in C pillar and bolt up. Hopefully the C pillar trim will have a mark to guide you in removing a cutout for the locking mechanism (it does on a Mk4). Nip all the bolts up before refitting the plastics.
Appreciate mine's a Mk4 but I did it start to finish in 45 mins
