would try the relay first as i was going to suggest that.

Could it be something to do with your alarm?

Have you check continuity of the wire for breaks?

The ecu plugs are like rocking horse sh*t at the moment.
Even my normal supllier has had problems.

Got a batch of 50 comming in about 5-10 days. Best I can do at the moment.

As for wire, I dont have tech info to hand as I am at home !

I think grade 16x0.2mm is suitable for all connections except the grounds (pins 1+19)
which need to be doubled up as these provide power to ALL the system.

SapphyMike,
The current normal retail price is £500
The whole SECS business is being reviewed as I am in the process of selling the a
large part of my business to another company.
This price will fall as a result due to the extra manufacturing capacity I will have
and to give the product a kick start under a new name !
(existing orders will be adjusted to reflect this price)

My advice, is wait for the public announcment i shall make later in the week
for further information once I have signed on the dotted line.

GARETH T, Thanks

Pin 20 should be red.....and is fed directly from fuse 3 which in turn is fed by relay 8 within the fuse box.

U sure your reading pin 20

Red goes to 20, relay and to injectors all those are connected.

Pin 20 is the second pin along in the row with least pins
and is near where the cable enters the plug.

I think this identifys the pin correctly irrespective of colour !!

As Dingy said, dont rely on colours. Could have been rewired due to
previous faults or alarm installation.
