What happened last night mate

PMSL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a true "tigers classic"!!!

Ok.................. For thoses that dont know,we were asked to do a showcase on the BBC last night, so of corse we were all VERY excited...

Ok, turn up at the BBC at 10.30,get there,and the security guy said that Ben Turner (shows presenter) wasnt there... ok we said, so we waited..........................................an d waited.........................................AND FOOKIN WAITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By about 11.20 sum toffee nosed BITCH came and called us through...

Had a tune up,couple of glasses of water,and they chuck us in this glass booth!! Look across and Ben Turners sittin there... Give us some earphone,and 1st thing we hear is 1 of our tracks going out live on air!! (that felt very good i must say )

So anyway.........He starts interviewing us,bla bla bla and we do the 1st song.. Cudnt hear FUCK AL Lin my earphones,as the tight cooonts didnt D.I my guitar!!

Ok,now for thoses of you that have heard the song,you will know where im coming from.. I wrote a song called broken bottle,its a song about a guy who kills his missis and buries her in the woods (its bassed abit on the shingin too)

So he asked what were doing next, we say "broken bottle". His face goes like.. to 1 of the producers,and says to us, "i hope your doing the clean,radio version"???? Of corse we said!!!

Ok,so the songs half way through,and i cant hear FUCK ALL,so i look at Ben ( my singer) and we thought fuck it, were going for it,and just sing the song as it is on the CD. Fuck,shits,bastrads the lot!!!!! But theres a line at the end of the chorus that says "only jesus knows for sure"..

This is the best bit!!!!





We finish bottle,and EVERY1`s face is just of pure shock and horror!!!!!!!!!! They can not belive what we have just done.But in front of us is a little computer screen,which i presume Ben (presenter)has too,and i kid you not, there was shit flashin up like "get them off air NOW,phone lines were goin crazy,swearing on air,singing about gloryfying murder etc etc,and the best 1, APPAERNTLEY by sayin the word jesus in a song its ( i quote ) "being blasfimic,and your cursing christ"!!!!

WTF ITS A SONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So we leave the studio we were in, NOBODY AT ALL spoke to us,and we were asked to leave!!!! ROCK AND FOOKIN ROLL!!!!!

Ive loged onto our bands email,and it was rammed full of praise,for being different,and not givin a fuck!!!!!

What a night,fookin mint!!!!!!!
