That was the first thing i tried mate then i went into the fuse box in the dash pulled every fuse in there and still never managed to disable it other than pulling the door cards off which aint gonna be easy in the dark i'm stuck i'm just looking for a quick fix as a garage quoted me Ł300 to fix it but i've bought 2 rear doors with locks handles etc still there for Ł80 so i'll collect them and hope sticking them on will be a quick fix

Ł80 for 2 doors

or Ł2 for a torch

...............

not that i'm taking the piss, but surely that would have been the more cost effective way to do it?

it's probably just drilled through one of the rods that has stuck the lock open so moving it will fix it, new doors is a bit overkill me thinks

well i'm left with six holes in the doors that are no use a fucked mechanism in the rear door and the quote for the new mechanism is more than the doors which are local dent and rust free which would be better than the ones i have now

disconnect just the door with the issue
rip the card off and unplug that latch wiring, its just a torch and maybe screwdriver to get the snappers off
