Comp CXT's
right then guys, i have managed to get my hands on some comp CXT's
what are the opinions on these? they seem to be a bit of a marmite wheel, some photos they look awesome, in others pretty gash just taking a quick poll to see what people think of them please vote p.s. mine are 18's on a FRS |
Love em. Do it!!!!!
|
No-diddly-o for me.
|
Never liked them on my Saff tbh, TSW Venos springs to mind...
|
|
I absolutely love them class wheel and look good on any FRS, Sapp, 3dr
Thumbs up from me :top: |
Ive got the CXR's on my Fiesta, not overly keen on the looks but they are very light and could be made to order with the correct offset and dedicated spigot size so no plastic spigot rings needed.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...G/DSC00539.jpg In my opinion the only wheels that really work on the Mk1 FRS are the std wheels and OZ "Monte" wheels. |
Very nice^^^^^
|
Venom lookalikes , always will be !
|
Did you buy these of a guy on ebay ? if so PETE they are your old wheels, remind me of venoms lol

it is hard to find wheels that suit the FRS, MO's have been done and most other wheels available in 4 x108 are halfords tastic! |
Sorry mate, more than a few months old, when did you but them pete 2007/8
cheeRS stu |

It's so refreshing to see someone doing it differently and using some WIDTH and offset, as opposed to the usual 8x18 comps - don't roll my mint untouched arches PISH... Applause for Dicko!:top: |

Loads do...and go to the trouble of trying to track down old wheels with more flat spots on them than a hexagon. I don't mind either wheel, but if it was a choice of second hand, heavy, soft TSW's....or new, light and solid Comps, it's a no brainer |

if your under say 30 dude i can see why these modern nobbers like these drug jewelry type of wheels but i reckon you can shove your hockenheims and cxt's and any other rim up yo hoop and give me a 9x16 revolution rfx or tarmac speedlines with ap 4 pots hiding underneath which were perfect for a old sierra back in the day,no one ran this weird crap back in the day and why not ?? because they would of looked shit thats why hahahah :boxer:
i have seen these wheels in the flesh and they look the nuts, just dont photograph well, like most forum members on here   |

Nice wheels, i do like them, but i think dicko's wheels are the perfect wheels for an FRS, having see it in the flesh a couple of times, they look even better than they do in pics
