Has anyone put this engine to an escort mk6 engine bay

i was thinking about gettin rid of my slugish 1.8 non turbo engine and putting in the 130ps 2.0 tdci engine

whats your thoughts ?

Sounds like a lot of work and hassle. You would be much better off fitting a 1.8td from the same model car as everything will just bolt in.

If you do get it in there, as soon as it goes wrong you will wish you left it alone! Modern diesel engines generally cost lots of money when they go wrong, I would stick with the above advice and stick the 1.8 td in there.
