Would anybody be able to check the reg plates of these mini's please

just been on he dvla website, and found out the the RFL cost is very different for two similar cars, the 03 reg car is £260 for 12 months, while the 57 reg costs just £95 for 12 months, something to do with emissions

03 car is the cooper S, whereas the 57 is the normal 1.6 cooper. There both priced suspiciously cheap though so I don't want to travel and find out they have underlying problems.
