Stop bitching, the Olympic bid was fixed to be based in London which will bring a lot more money to the country than solely football will, so what you complaining about?

,as we have to foot the bill for the damn olympics if we want them or not in our taxes As for the world cup 2018 ,it was a fix from start to finish blatter is a bent as a nine bob note ,him and all his croonies should be nuked ,becks,cameron and prince harry did a cracking job too

Why, its the only thing England and the rest of the U.K. has a chance in winning anything.can tell you dont live in london ,as we have to foot the bill for the damn olympics if we want them or not in our taxes

Regardless of the bills raised for the games, near enough all nations will be competing one way or another, unlike the World Cup football. I doubt the U.K. will be out of pocket that much.

We surfaced all the main roads thru the athletes village & was told by the safety bloke that inducted us that over 60% of the workers were foreign, Funny as when you walk thru the main gate a sign reads "local jobs for local people" a joke really & they wonder why there's a recession! Thanks labour!!

Tbh watching the panorama program it did appear that Britain would have actually lost Ł150million judging by what the Dutch bid committee said.
Also,while a world cup is on,FIFA demand that you waive any visa restrictions etc,so even more immigrants can come in without any sort of controls in place,not that they'd want to stay in Russia,unless you like the cold and being stabbed by some very hard ruski!!!!

We still have control of rugby, and it's HQ is still in here. Why is a British game based in bloody Zurich! That would be like us opening a fuck off cookoo clock factory
Personally I think it should ONLY be in England, not anywhere else. Return the beautiful game to it's homeland.
Still, glad it didnt go to the spanish.
And yes, Fifa are a bunch of corrupted pricks
