Looks like you took that whilst driving Fiddy? Although I am fairly certain you wouldn't have done that

Rule 229 of the highway code says you must clear all snow which may fall into the path of other road users. Not entirely sure how this translates into law though.

yes i do, it means you can't see out of the rear window. why do they put glass in the back? obviously it's not a legal requirement as vans, trucks etc don't have, but it's better to be able to see out of it than not, wouldn't you say?

it would be daft to take a picture whilst driving in the snow. the roads were so dangerous yesterday that i wouldn't possibly risk it
