Over jumps? if you nail any car over jumps it wont do it any good. i always wanted a clio sport, or a v6 but i couldnt bring myself to play with french unreliability.

yeah see what your saying, but in my opinion, the engine and gearbox is the closest you'll get to a race engine under 10k in a standard car, especially with the revs and ratio's. the ride position and handling are immense too.

I'm shocked that I haven't seen "Jap crap" blabbered all over this post!
My friend dropped the Type R engine in his EK9, fook it's pretty rapid, but then again anything that'll rev up to nearly 9K gets my vote

If I could buy my old Type-R back I would, they're great cars, especially for all you'll pay for a good one these days.

cant compare them mate as my type r done 15k miles per year as an everyday car and the focus less than 1k.fuel wise the type r was brilliant whereas the focus is crap but i expected that.get a decent miles type r with service history and should be trouble free motoring.

agreed, get the best car for your budget not the newest.

Also, be aware that honda paint is VERY thin and so stone chipps are common, and the red can fade and is almost impossible to sort due to it being laqured so you end up with pink panels and bright red plastics!

ours...

sisters first one..

my first one..

mine and my sisters second..

I have a low mileage one with full Honda service history... but am tempted to get a FRS . The thing is so reliable its hard to justify the swap..
