Too many posts.. I need a life!!
iTrader: (15)
Done mine earlyer this year what a waste of time lol, I did the training at work, then the theory part and practical.
Half the questions asked on the theory you will never need to know again, but then it depends if you drive abroad and what load you are carrying etc.
When I done the Practicle it lasted about 25 mins, he asked me about daily checks, demonstrate how to enter and exit the vehicles cab, tacho info.
Also did a load safety and secure thing with the equipment he had.
Just another way to make money tbh .
If you need any info just ask.

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
thank god i'm truck driving in america now, couldn't hack some twat telling how to do things i've been doing for 20 years, when they can't even drive a poxy truck, at least the Americans don't rip you off, total cost for passing cdl (hgv) test is £40, that includes the theory and practical, oh and £40 for the medical, once you got the licence thats it, but you do have to go in a licencing place every few years and get a new licence and maybe have a new pic taken, but they do it all on the spot and its like $10 for a new licence.
