Overfueling Problems

Default Overfueling Problems

Right a standard 1.6 mk1 Focus should be putting out 165g/km. Now my focus seems to want to do sub 25mpg figures and I just worked out over 160ish miles or so the cars emmisions have been around 293g/km.
So as you can see it's definatley overfueling
Now I could be happy about the fact I'm ripping the government off as with a figure like that I should be paying £400 a year tax and I'm only paying £155 (I think)

Right the engine management light has been on for around 3 years, to my Mum this is an all year round xmas decoration.
The car smells like fireworks when the engine has just been turned off and generally smells like petrol from the back end.
Now I assume it's a nackered lambda probe?
How much damage is this overfueling likeley to have done to the engine? if any?
How easy are lambda probes to change? How much are they?
How many are there?
If I was to take it to a garage how much would they charge to read the codes and replace the sensors?
