New years eve mates car is parked up on road. some1 reverses into it and caves the rear quarter in. mate hears somethink looks out and see person sport off in a 1.1 AX. it belongs to this wankers sister. so me mate gets on the fone to the brother and askes for her(AX driver) details. he says that he'll ring her and get everything needed. my mate has a phone number of this lass, type of car and insurance co name, he has rang the ins.co. but they say they cant do anythink untill he has a policy number or reg. he knows where her bro and parents live. he never rang police as he though it could be sorted easy enough. she has been ignoring him since sunday.

any suggestions on what to do to ensure me mate can get some coin for his fcuked car.

any help would be great as he done know what to do

my car got stacked into by some anal aviator who pissed off, neighbour saw it all called police they caught him he had no insurance and in 6 months I got my money AND kept the car for parts.... so seems get the rozzers involved and it will soon be sorted, you have enough info!

Go to the cop shop and explain what has happened, you will nedd the reg and say you took it from when you saw them drive off.

They will do a crime report and will send them a letter doing them for failing to stop at the scene of an accident, they'll shit their pants.
