it's fairly simple to fix
the tags can stay and when you click on them, you get the person who posted the tag's name at the top of thelist of the same tags
so you still keep the idea of the tag true to the useage, but you also lose the anonymity that goes along with it, and therefore you get to see who's posted the tags, same as the mods do
just that the mods can spank the for putting them up and we can't
win-win for everyone

when they stop being "harmless" and start to be accusing of things, then it's a whole different ball game and that's what needs to be removed
alternativly, there should be a "report" button used in the tag screen so that you can report the tag section like you would a normal post
