Fitting Sierra Adjustable top mounts
These are the top mounts they i have ordered for my track car. Can anyone tell me if i will need to cut a bit out of my chassis/ strut top to allow them to be adjustable. They havnt arrived yet im just trying to get a picture how they work.. Thanks in advance

If you look at the position of the circlip holding the bearing in place, you'll notice that these need to be mounted the other way up from that shown in the photo, so you won't need to do anything other than drill mounting holes.
You may have issues with getting the ride height as low as the car currently sits as the bearing is mounted further down than the standard top mount.

So the picture shows them upside down..? Makes more sense now.. Should i cut my strut terrot and lenghen it (move it closer to the bonnet) or is there another way to get it sitting as low again..?
