Maybe ring some local builders for quotes? or hire a mixer and do it yourself?

You need a depth too.

It aint as simple as a concrete pad.

Needs something to bed on - a hardcore base with sand blinding which will need compacting.

ok say it was in a field and it needs base and pad thick enough for a steel garage workshop to go on top

For a base that is 25m x 15m x 100mm deep you will be looking at around 38m3 of concrete or 63 tonne

For a base that is 25m x 15m x 150mm deep you will be looking at at around 57m3 or 94 tonnes.

Ready-mixed concrete varies in price across the country from as little as £40/m³ up to £70/m³

So if you meet it in the middle at £55/m³, the 100mm deep base will be £2090 and the 150mm base will be £3135.

make sure you get fibres in your mix as it adds strength the to base.

i wouldn't think a joint will be necessary for something that size, depending on the land around it, mesh would give it good extra stability though.
