To fit the rouse rear spoiler firstly you have to remove the old standard spoiler, if you can get the bolts out with no trouble you've had a result and hopefully unlike my old boot lid you won't have a 50 pence sized rust hole under the centre pillar sorry to make you fell better but I've just done mine and it was a bit of a mare job. I had to get another bootlid and start from scratch
The rouse spoiler has six threads for bolts and these go in from underneath, use the first bolt hole in the middle of bootlid (closest to boot lock) as a guide for the 1st securing bolt for the rouse spoiler(back thread closest to bootlock on the centre pillar), the other holes will have to be marked out and drilled, once you have marked out and drilled the holes you should have something that resembles this
I had got another bootlid from the breakers which had no spoiler on it so it had to be marked out and drilled from scratch
To secure the Rouse rear spoiler on the edges of the bootlid you have to drill holes in the underside of the bootlid to give you access to tighten the bolts as pictured here
Once all is fitted you plug these holes with gromets as pictured
With all the above carried out its time to fit the spoiler, what I did is get some gaskets made to go between the pillars and the bootlid to give it a bit of flex, gaskets pictured here
Remember to do your mock fitting with everything unpainted, once fitting is done then paint your spoiler and like me a bootlid if you need one, fitting is a bit fiddly but can be done
The finished article, mines an xsport item too

Just seen your threads on the meet mate and was tempted for a second as its a pukker gathering but it looks like rain and I just want to veg on the sofa
had a busy weekend with car, fitted the bootlid and spoiler on saturday morning, went over to Sheady's to give the car a re-map Saturday noon, went FITP Sunday, and chaired Middx rsoc meet on Monday night, all that and about 70 odd quids worth of fuel I just want to veggie tonight
