Yep, sent mine off to Lloyds, ooo must be a year ago now. Naturally, despite the fact its blatantly black and white that i was mis-sold it, they refused to pay out, so i referred it to the FOS, ooo must be 8 months ago now who have, to date, done fuck all! Brilliant service all round really.

I got £3k+ back from Egg for PPI a few months ago. Sent the letter recorded on a Wednesday I think, got a letter on the Saturday saying they were refunding it. In my bank the following Tuesday.
If you take it to the Financial Ombudsmen, you've gotta keep on at them, or it'll just get buried in their slush pile.

Sorry to sound idiotic but i have been paying ppi on my loan for the past 4 - 5 years or so. Since then it has been upgraded twice from the origonal loan. Would i still be able to claim the ppi from the start of the 1st loan?
Been paying roughly £37 a month for PPI so could be interesting.
cant check the link at the moment due to being at work but will read up on who to write to etc later i think.
Cheers
