Default bad tyre wear on inside edge?

what would cause me to go through 2 front tyres on the inside edge in less than 2k miles

at theminute imhaving to use 2 steel wheels as ive had to blow outs on each front wheel

could it be my lower arms?

the car is a st24 mondeo lowered 40 mm, ive changed drop links and tracking is fine

any ideas

pretty obvious mate, your car is too low, when loweringa car you increase the camber so you will get inside tyre wear,to stop this you have to reduce the camber angle so you get the full footprint of the tyre, you need adjustable TCAs mate or excentric top mounts

Have you had a 4 way tracking done.I know these are a heavy engine and will cause the tyres to wear more.

yes ive had the 4 way tracking done

the car isnt that low, and never had any problems on my 18s, just on my 19s its started to do it

you carnt buy adjustable stuff for the mondeo, and its only run around but iwant the tyres to last longer than what there doing, and im not going to higher the thing, infact it could even be a 30 mm drop, suspension was already on it so im just guessin
