I found it, with the Wife and my son. We simply rang the local recovery firms and asked where the local "hot Spots" for dumped cars were. Some before pics;

You cant understand because you are unable to see the TWOCER's perspective. Most of these thieves either learn or grow up to think incredibly selfishly. They think only of themselves and only "of the moment" and anything or anyone else they just dont care about because it doesnt effect them. They just see ragging a car and burning it out as a bit of fun and an addrenaline rush. It doesnt even come into thier mind that stealing and burning someones pride and joy is upsetting to you. Its a result of a society where selfishness is rewarded, nobody takes responsibility for anything and theres no consequences for your actions.
The only reason these people are not classified as Anti-social Personality disorder (also known as sociopaths) is because usually they are still under 18 and also because thier behaviour in thier sub-culture is NORMAL whereas to get the diagnosis it has to be abnormal.
