The problem with DNA, is it makes it very easy to frame someone.

If I ever really hated someone and wanted shot of them, Id fit them up for a rape rather than try and kill them I reckon as the consequences of it going wrong are a bit of a slap on the wrists rather than a long stretch for yourself.

Easily done, all you need is to pay some bird to go and collect a DNA sample from the bloke in question (ie she pulls him then takes him home and fucks him and makes a point of catching the spunk somewhere easy to harvest it from like on her clothing or sheets etc) and then you slap her about a bit and she then claims she was raped, and he's bang to rights.

Heard/read something about a week ago that only one in 15 rapes ends in a successful conviction (and that's the genuine ones) so i think that your stitch up would get found out by a good defence lawyer (if it even got that far).
