are all Mcdonalds staff stupid
I was about to lock the gates at Abbeywood retail park last night but as i pulled into the retail park i noticed a moped laid on floor then when i looked properly there was someone laid about 10 feet from it, i drove over in the van and found a youg girl about 19(and fucking gorgeous) somehow had came off her scooter, she finished work at 11 in maccy ds it was now 2350 and knowone found her, she was conscious but could hardly move and was complaining of back pains and neck pains, the manager of maccy ds spotted me and came toddling over, i told him we need to get her an ambulance the silly prick completley blanked me, grabbed her arm, pulled her and carried her, I told him to leave her as moving her could do more damage and the orrible (non british wanker) kissed his teeth at me, i just lost my rag and said if you have made her worse you will fucking regret it, he said, "shes my girl il do what i like" i was even half tempted to call the police as she was screaming in agony as he walked away with her even though she was begging him to leave her and get an ambulance, I called are surveilance department and confirmed the cctv picked it all up incase she decides to complain about him etc. I am going to write to maccy ds area manager, i seriously thought as a manager of a restaurant would have first aid training let alone common sense, anyway I called an ambulance as soon as he was inside with as i could not bare to see the poor girl be injured further by this teeth sucking wanker. does anyone know if she would have a case against him if he did cause further injuries after we both told him to leave her.

well i am not silly enough to tackle someone who has a injured person in there arms, if i tried physically stopping him he may have dropped her i tol him god knows how many times to put her down and with his arrogance was acting like i was not there. if he put her down i think i would have knocked his big teeth so fr down his throat he would be shitting them out. i have just rang and spoke to assistant manager and she said that the girl is in hospital and actually said i should report her boss as he is a twat (whic i already knew lol)

seriously, I would be on the phone to head office and the Police as he had no right to pick her up, especially after an accident. Could she not have him done for assault?

Seriously bang out of order that, I Know they all seem like thick fuckers but the staff in most stores have really good relationships and do actually respect eachother with the exception of your branch of course
Area and regional managers will be kicking arse now though

i'm sure if it went to court it wouldn't last long and she'd get a nice hefty pay out, in reality it wouldn't go to court cos they'll try there best to keep it quiet.
i'd honestly go see the girl in hospital tell her you have the cctv footage and you reckon she should take him to court for the way he acted, also the fact he was in there whilst she laid out on the deck for 50mins isn't good it's not like he wouldn't of heard the accident, bikes crashing on the floor aren't quiet, then get the papers involved like said maccy's will start shitting themselves, and hopefully will just pay the girl up without the hassle of going to court
then go round clavered up so the cameras don't get you and give him a pasting for being an arse hole, job jobbed

In that situation you would be justified in hitting the man as a form of collective self defence.
Remember acting in self defence is about the percieved threat not the actual threat. So as long as YOU thought he was deliberately causing her harm then you were justified in your actions, even if it later turns out that she has no back/spinal injurys.
You would have to be a complete retard to move someone with a potential back injury and not understand you risk hurting them more.
The very fact he acknowledged you and carried on anyway reinforces your case even more as he was no longer "ignorant" in the eyes of the law and was knowingly risking hurting her.
The practicalitys of hitting him would involve blocking his path so he has to put her down to hit you. Then minimal risk to her, or punch him while being prepared to catch her as she falls. Not ideal though.

I think i would have found it very hard not to get in the guys way in some way or another- fair play to you for taking action on her behalf though

shame she was still conscious, could have slipped her one why she was still warm lmao
seriously though, obviously without being there its hard for people to comment on what "i should" have done as after i wished i waited for him to put her down then knock him out strip him off and fill his ass with chicken nuggets (that would be a waste of nugets though) at the time all i could think of is her welfare and for a split second seen him as trying to help, which ultimatly he was but the ingorance to my advice is what fucked me off.
when i was locking last night he was there, so was some other staff, i spoke to one of the split arses that work there and she said the girl is now back home and just badly bruised thankfully, the somallian scum bag came out and just stared at me, i could not resist asking hime what his problem is, he mumbled something and pissed off back inside, what i have to be careful of is i enjoy my job,i am however going to write to maccy ds and raise my concerns on his lack of common sense and see if i can get soem free food vouchers.

phone the police, wtf are u doing on here? report it, you have CCTV which shows everything, you also have the right to put a formal compaint in with head off of mac'eds, i would advice seeing the police, maybe hit the papers in some way.

If he's the Store Manager then he will be First Aid At Work qualified and he should've known better than moving someone who's fallen off of a scooter. Sounds like he didn't like the idea of you actually helping her and phoning for help, instead preferring to be the "hero" and carry her inside where he probably phoned for an ambulance himself. What a cock! Hope he gets into trouble for this as it's not acceptable.
