Also; A question for the pf guru's. Why would you join the exhausts together like that in the X shape only to have them split straight off into two again? Why not just keep them seperate all the way along, OR join them like it and have one exit?

IIRC it's called a balance pipe and is need due to the exhaust pulses? Haven't got a clue why.
