in that i'm always broken not that i'm thinking of buying one

my back is fucked and now my left hamstring has been giving my gyp for ages

my back i know it's going to take a few weeks to fix but my hamstring is a new issue, it's all knotted and bunched up just under my buttock muscle

i can walk but bending down gives me crippling pains, driving is fine though as is sitting down, but putting any strain on the leg hurts like a fucker

so, what is the diagnosis peeps?
