Well, the Bathurst just looked more fun to me to be honest.
I've driven the old Vantage V12 and it was really cramped for my son in the back . I prefer a V8 noise to a V12 and looking at the track speeds/times I think the Bathurst does OK for a 4-door saloon

And one that could cost you only just over Ł28k new according to what it says in this month's Total Vauxhall!
It certainly wouldn't have made the point they were trying to make a fraction as well as the Aston did though...

I think being a saloon car it would have made the point even better i.e. look where we have come to with performance in a car, a saloon car to boot...

The most boring episode of Top Gear i have seen yet
The only time i have used the fast forward button while watching it and found it utter shite to watch ! And im a Top Gear fan and look forward to every episode but this one was totally lacking any form of excitement and the usual fun !
The Maloo was the only decent segment of the whole programme IMHO.

I must admit I quite like the noise of the 'charger ( reminds me of a Spitfire noise ) and I'm not too bothered about the looks , just the way it goes!
