Default Evo transmission

Im after some images of evo transmission.

Does anyone have any shots of this off a car or perhaps an underfloor shot of this fitted to the floorpan

Your help would be greatly appreciated

If you are thinking of doing it to your fiesta, use the engine too rather than piss about trying to get a crappy old zetec onto an evo gearbox IMHO

Oh, and it may also be worth considering using the really well designed late evo shell too

If a evo box can be fitted i think it would be a good idea take it your keeping it front wheel drive mate? it would certanly take the abuse plus the fact it will be dog engagment

Just a petty you just got the engine bay painted as you will most likley have to make mounts & paint it again

Im thinking 4x4 mate current FWD box can cope with the power.

Just thinking out loud for another project.

That tadstar fiesta has the full evo running gear seen it at knockhill looked major work tho

evo drivetrains are not strong we have the same gearbox/diff/txb as the rest at 500bhp+

Kev sharp ran 600bhp or so for a long time on just a rebuilt and shot peened evo box.

They arent indestructable by any means but in a light car like a fiesta I dont think he will have many issues even on a standard evo gearbox and non rs rear diff etc!

5 Speed boxes are better though Lee, RS Diff...

Also again, depends how it,s treated too.........
