The thieving scum have been on a wave round here, took a car off a drive then a week later went back for his caravan, took 2 cars and trashed 4 others at a workshop/garage, ransacked a house nearby, nicked a picnic bench from our pub while we were open on a quiet night and a week later our old nail escort van. Contractors knocked the power out when working on a bypass, put a generator out for the few houses and the diesel got nicked and left them without power, cable nicked from excavators at local pits. Its never ending lately!
Best of all they nicked about 300mtrs at a time of phone cable out of the ground from 7 villages, using nicked BT vans.

If they're caught the punishment isn't enough! They should be marked as a thief for the rest of their life.
