Default Video editing software....whats good to use

I am after some good video editing software........whats the best ones out there that are easy to use.....

Adobe Premier. Not cheap if you want to buy it but various torrent websites have it

Yeah its pretty basic but very easy to use, there's a wizard on there which takes you through it step by step so you can't go wrong!

I have just got a HDD Camcorder and want to start editing video's a bit stu.......Just like family/friends ect.....

In that case, theer is no better or easier than Sony vegas Moview Studio.

I bought a few this year as we did a few installer demo videos and this was the best to use by a long way, especially for ease of titling and fade effects.

Nice one Stu......i like something that is simpleish to use. As im sure you know, sometimes they are over complicated for no reason.

I will see if i can find it.....

Most are WAY too complex, yet this will do everything they can without being so complex from the start...
