whats every one think of them?

Phil Dec 13, 2004 10:35 AM

They look like fun  Wouldn't mind one myself - must be good after a couple of beers on a campsite

heeman10 Dec 13, 2004 10:36 AM

My mate has one. No suspension, so bump steer's about as bad as it gets  Does about 35, which must feel like at LEAST 120 on something like that! His was about £250.

Gaaables Dec 13, 2004 10:42 AM

id love 1 but got no where to use it. if u could buy em road legal then id defo have 1 to go to work and back on :top:

Phil Dec 13, 2004 10:43 AM

Just use it on the pavement, it's not like the bib will catch you on foot. Now that would be a funny sight!

Hrsturbo Dec 13, 2004 10:45 AM

do they sell upgraded engine for em??

JAP CRAP Dec 13, 2004 11:21 AM

funny as if you put about 10 layers on, a balaclava, a hoody top over that and go riding around town     ...

I want one of those mini choppers :cool2: :top:

Oranoco Dec 13, 2004 11:24 AM

My bro has one and we've had a right laugh on it. My neighbours thought we were mad riding it about in the street. I though the woman over the road was going to moan but she went inside and came out with her kid to watch. Our neighbours are pretty cool :top:

Got a Ducati Rep, Good for about 60MPH at teh moment, There are loads of "Hop ups" you can get for them :D Exhausts, Filters etc.... Its a Bugger when you get your knee down without Sliders on :lol

We tend to use them in the evenings down the local retail parks after closing.... Never had any problems with the Plod (Yet) But the retail park we use is well out the way....

sf Dec 13, 2004 11:27 AM

R4N SS Dec 13, 2004 11:28 AM

Gaaables Dec 13, 2004 11:36 AM

Mattie Dec 13, 2004 11:43 AM

I can get hold of the MIDI Motos (larger than the mini motos)

They are basically a full race replica (very similar to an R1). They have speedo, lights, indicators, horn, electric start, disc brakes, underseat exhaust etc.

Does anyone know the requirements to road register? I have been told that due to their height, it is impossible to road register them? As I am sure, these would pass an MOT straight out of the crate.

Rossco Dec 13, 2004 11:50 AM

Yep just coz there small dont mean they dont hurt when you fall off, the bike on the right Tuftys, only had the bike a few days, was out ripping about on it, hit a drain then hit the deck, he had to have the next day off work

JAP CRAP Dec 13, 2004 12:02 PM

JAP CRAP Dec 13, 2004 12:45 PM
