three mobile - need advice
been with 3 mobile for 14/5 months and have been offered an upgrade, the offer tey have given me is the Sony Ericcson(sp) C902. i already have the K850i, and both the phones have identicle "important" specs like 5 Mp camera, blue tooth .etc
they are also offering the same amount of txt's/calls a month, but putting the price up...
or i pay £50/month for the c905 with 700 Mins OR txt's (basically credit)
needless to say i dont want to stay with 3... but my conract does not end till september.
they have been shocking with all of the many problems being either my fault, or the phones fault (how lack of signal is my fault i will never know). i have lodged several complaints with them, but there pidgeon speaking staff barely understand anything.
what i want to know though, is there any loophole that i can use to get them to finish my contract without paying them another penny? thye have fooked me off majorly!
and if you are thinking they look like they have some decent offers, dont take them, you will pay in the long run!

They been ok for me in terms of does the phone work, and do i get what i pay for, but thats about it.
As you say they take the piss with upgrades, they dont know what an upgrade is if it hit them in the face

Read your contract very carefully - If they've not done something that they've promised then you can get out over breach of contract. I escaped from both BT and Homecall after they'd breached the contract.
Not quite sure how it works with mobiles, but an hour pouring over the contract wouldn't be a bad idea.
Tell them in writing, and request a reply within 14 days.

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
Just left them, really shockingly bad company. Took me ages to get them to cancel my contract, they still try and take money out of my account too.
