Wow Sarah thats alot of weight, fair play i know how hard it is! I lost over 3 stone a couple of years back and so far it has stayed off, even after having my baby. Just got 3 lbs left of baby weight to lose and need to tone my tummy back up but i am pleased with that as she is 8 months old now and i couldnt do anything for the first 6 months from birth related problems. But i am back on it now
Well done all you healthy eaters! Fair play....i had pasta, courgettes and chicken breast for tea! Yummy!

Well done Nicole, i gained 18lbs through Finleys pregnancy and lost 21lbs within the first week, so that wasnt the issue for me. Even though ive had 3 kids!
Im very nearly where i want to be, it just gets hard some days ( like tonight ) when im bored and if Lee is out, cos i cant be arsed to cook!
