what rad and intercooler?
My fiesta has a t3 convertion and is running a standard rad and intercooler. I will be upgrading to alloy items in the very near future but what combo will give me the best clearance? as at the mo there's only a nats cock between the turbo and rad.

Looks quality mate
In my experience GRS make the best Intercoolers if you can get your hands on one...and only ever used a Radtec alloy rad which was perfect no complaints at all.
Hear a lot of good stuff about Airtec now though, great value for proven performance etc.

I spent ages the other day looking at the bonnet of my mates race car thinking could i really do it, and could i cut the bumper it fit the cooler but the grs does look that good it would be worth it.

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
depends on what boost your running grs do a smaller cooler for me the pro ally coolers are the business
as for the rad im ran a std rad on my previous t3 with no probs just fiddled with the mounts, i have a rad pace now and it doesnt look like i'll have a problem and will keep the std bonnet catch
iirc all you need to is remove the bit between the bonnet catch and the valance (refit when the rads in place) fit the rad by sliding the top in 1st but slide the mounts (think i made my own ) into the slam panel (rather than engine bay side) and leave the rubber foot on the bottom of the rad (driver side) forward i will be t3ing my current frst soon so if i do mine b4 you ask and i'll confirm what i did
