how have you got on with regards to the damage?
i called out the AA one night, told them the car was too low for a suspended lift yet they still sent one out fro ma local firm, he went to lift it and i refused and told him i would hold him liable for any damage and would be contacting the AA while he was there if he continued to try, he swore a bit and had to go to the yard to get the flat bed, was quite funny, best bit is i was only 5 miles from home

Well i have sent an email and will be seeking a quote for a new cross member to fitted from my bodyshop guy, not sure on the wheels as i don't have the receipts but will give reyland a call and get a quote for 2 rear wheels - i know it sounds d but the outer li may straighten with a rubber hammer.

i would be phoning mate, its all to easy to ignore emails!
if they just fob you off keep asking to speak to the person above the person you are speaking to and always make sure you write the names of people you are and have soken to down ask for the persons name again if needs be before asking to speak to their imediate manager and dont get fobbed off and keep pushing!
you pay for the service and dont expect your car to get damaged whist in their care so i would get all you can out of them for the lack of adequate service they have shown you.

sorry your having probs fella, hope you get a cam sorted out....
hopefully should get my head back on tuesday, but may well be looking for a bottom end too as number three took a bit of a slapping when the belt went
