Default How an Engine Works........Calling all PC Guru's

I'm doing a powerpoint presentation on "How an engine works" tomorrow morning, I've found a brilliant flash animation that I would love to use and incorporate into Powerpoint.

I've tried saving it as a .gif and then importing it into powerpoint but it just shows up as a still image. I wont have access to the internet during the presentation so wont be able to put a link in the presentation to discuss it.

Any help would be much appreciated to enable me to put this animation into a presentation

This is the link for the animation http://auto.howstuffworks.com/engine1.htm
scroll down to the animation of the engine.

Thanks in advance

http://static.howstuffworks.com/flash/engine.swf

right click on the above link and then click save target as.

You should then be able to drag/insert it into the presentation.

I've done quite a few of these mate.

I don't know how to put animations into powerpoint but what I did was get a picture of each of the four stages of the 4 stroke cycle and explain them that way. It also helps the audience see every stage of the cycle and you have the time to explain rather than them watching an animation of it all happening.
