I know this may seem a strange question but I wondered if anyone knew the top speed of a 5 speed 1.6 sierra. Have just started stock car racing using sierra's with the 1.6 pinto (super rod class) and people keep asking how fast you go and all I know is that we're bascially revving out in 2nd before the corners but don't know how fast that is. Guessing 40 ish. Thanks

would guess more like 50-60 mate.think they were quite long legged.

Work it out, need to know tyres turns per mile, diff ratio, box ratio, rpm of engine.
