I have to say that the T1-S toyo is one of the best tyres I've had - the Toyo T1R that replaced it is nearly as good in the dry but better in the wet.
I've heard lots of good things about the Vredestein Sportrac 3 as well.
But then there are as many opinions of a good tyre as there are arseholes so it's up to you.
Good place to read around for opinions on tyres with similar cars is here:

No point having a tyre that someone thinks is brilliant on a 2 ton RWD Jag when you're fitting it to a 1 ton FWD S2 for example.
I'd certainly stay well clear of the ditchfinder value brigade though and go with a well known and respected tyre.

20K+ Super Poster.
I've used yoki 539, avs, a008(best), toyo t1s t1r(s was better), goodyear F1 gsd3(absolute shite), eagle ventura were ace though, bridgestone PP1+2 rainsport 1 + 2(excellent) now on vredestein sportrac 3, which are better in the dry than rainsports, but not quite as good in wet, but unlike the rainsports, they don't lose grip in the cold, the rainsports do(ie below about 6C), rainsport are my 2nd choice, sportrac 3 my 1st, that's why after fitting some on my astra 1.4 fitted some on rear of cossie(2wd).

my current tyre of choice is dunlop sp9000 after a couple of years with toyot1-r's. wet grip in the toyo was never that great in comparison.

The Yoko's ive tried were very good in the dry but wore very easily (they were the A539's). From other people who've used Paradas they seem to be the same. I swapped to T1-R Proxies and noticed a big improvement in the wet, never got testing them all that much in the dry since I broke the car for parts.
My new car has Michelin PS2's, uber expensive but by far the best tyre i've tried so for. I think Andy_R (Nurburgring regular) even commented on how good a tyre they were, I think all the Porsche GT3s run them from the factory. Other than that the Goodyear Eagle F1 has always been a good performer across all conditions.

Id go for Kumho KU31 Ecsta sport, fantastic in wet/damp conditions, not shy in the dry and about 2/3 the price of anything else decent!
goodyear eagles are good in the damp, shit in standing water and dont wear well.
Uniroyal rainsport 1s were awesome allround, and not too bad on price, not tried the new ones.
Dont rate toyo t1s at all, nor yoko a539, not tried the newer ones.
