if you have a good intercooler that spec should see about 270 and 330 if you put a t34 on it.

just looked on kent cams and they only give a single part no for valve spring so imagine they are the same for both inlet and exhaust , but not sure about ford parts

well mate just looking in the burton power mag to see if they give any info and they only have one part no for the focus rs valve spring and thats there top spec with a power band of 3000/7500rpm which is i guess the power band your after part no vs51 and its £125 for a full set of springs , so looks like ford have fooked someone over again, iam sure ian has some custom wound springs made by kent cams for more boost thats why they cost more money

just got off the blower and asked ian what the difference was with the standard frs valve springs and there is a slight difference as the exhaust springs are slightly beefier
ive also spoke to ian and have talked him into supplying the certain parts that people have been asking for , so you can get a set of valve springs from ian just email him at tech@fiestafrenzy.co.uk and he said it might take a day or two but he will respond only to parts only .
hope this helps mate

Nah all the springs are the same mate. Just watch out and make sure the collets are not half sticking out the top of the retainer.
