escort si 1.8 to 130ps

Hi there, Ive just bought a 1.8 R plate escort si as a runabout and I am thinking about converting it to 130ps, what bits would I need from a donour motor, how easy is it to do, and does it make any real noticeable difference ? Cheers for any info

throttle body, cams and a 130ps compatible ECU IIRC.
