Default Anyone clued up on golf tdi (non pd)

got a golf tdi non pd with issues. Bacically it wont start without removing engine management fuse 32 think it is, just turns over flooding street with smoke.starts spot on with it removed but in limp, if you bump it it is fine, drives spot on etc. Changed air flow meter and coolant sensor, vagcom shows no faults.... Also after going on throttle after over run it holds back filling the street again for 3 or so seconds then clears and goes. Was like this since bought it and not just happened, any ideas?
