Go on the vosa website, you'll need your v5 ref number. If its had a new v5 issued since its mot then your best off phoning up vosa as the test number as found on the vt20 is only assigned to the v5 ref number at the time of being issued.
Looked on the vosa site says you can do it with the registration mark,but when I tried
that you needed the mot certificate number too,myabe I was doing something wrong
If you aint got the V5 then an mot station is no use to you either. Phone up VOSA, explain it all to them and they may give you the original test number which you can use to get a replacement VT20.
