Default Cosworth crank bearing help

HI LADS can any one help me i had my crank reground last year and its now getting close to the time to build the motor but wot i need to no is at the time the crank went in to be done i was told that the bearings that i was going to be serplyer was going to be pinto size so the crank was ground to pinto size .25 and .50 was the out come of the regrind but now im being told not to put pinto bearings in as they are no good and i should put cosworth bearings in .......so i dont no wot to do now ... on 1 hand im being told pinto are ok for up to 500BHP and im going for 400BHP ... and on the uver hand im being told not to put them any were nere my motor can any one help me out with this please

i dont understand why anyone would change from cosworth measurements? why?

MATT told me that pinto size was the bearings he sold all the time and would be selling to me thats why mate

acl or vandervell but i would get your crank measured first,go see martin hes not far from you ,and probably have them on the shelf

prob best to get the crank a quick polish while its out
and whoever does the polish get them to measure it and suply the bearings for it
