Default Carbon door card fixings

I read somewhere that a better way of securing carbon door cards is using a "sleeved screw" system with rubber to reduce vibration.

Does anyone have pics of these and how they are fitted/where i can get them??

LOL ! what about self tappers, with a thin rubber washer each side ?

or a washer made of some material that will absorb the virations a bit ?
