20 is 200 (width ), 64 is 640mm ( the overall tyre diamater as opposed to a "profile ") ,17" tyre size internal diameter. Do you actually want rally tyres or racing tyres ?? I race on 24 ( 240 ) , 61 (610 ) x 17's, the 610 profile is a low profile like a 40 /35 i guess if you were comparing to a road tyre. The height of the profiles give different characteristics to handling , a lower profile being very lively and a higher profile giving a bit more feel , especially in a turbo rwd car you get more "feel " for the back moving . Some rally tyres(Dunlop tarmac ) also have softness ratings, X04 is quite a hard compound which is ideal for track days, X10 onwards is really only for wets, And don't forget that some tyres will come "Scrubbed" ie, alot of rubber taken off, also, some tyres can be re cut.
