cars in quarry video
I found a thread on here that started out as a mk1 escort in a field, it expanded to a quarry filled with old stolen cars some of which were reported to be cossies rst etc.
I did some reasearch and found these you tube video's showing the cars quite well.

the cars I can identify so far are

clio
opal kadett
fiesta
transit van?
caravan!
mk1 cortina?
mk1 escort?
renault 19
the ? is for where I'm not sure any suggestions welcome
the quarry is not far from knockhill circuit

Yep, the Titanic was already in for repair from being stuffed on sea trials near the IOW (a government cover up with a royal navy ship) and white star line needed the Titanic sea worthy to start making money so swapped nameplates.

One of them had a very noticeable mod done on the structure.
However that assumes the drawings weren't switched years ago.
Missiles in 1912??

The Brittanic story was a rumour but that has probably been disproved by close inspection of the wreck and comparison to detailed drawings of both ships.

the quarry in the youtube vids is not the quarry where there are cossies etc.the water is far too murky to film in.the quarry you mention is powmill quarry and is near knockhill.i have been past the quarry with the rs's in it last friday and it hasnt been pumped out this year.the farmer uses the water to irrigate the potatoes in nearby fields.in time i will find out what is in the quarry near me,ill just have to wait for the right time.

10K+ Poster!!
Steve do you dive? Looks like it could be worth a look at sometime
Just found this info on the Powmill site
Dive Site: Powmill Quarry
Location: Powmill Quarry, Fife
Description: Disused quarry filled with dumped cars (including an intact caravan!)
Depth: 18 metres (60 feet)
Visibility: 10 metres (30 feet)
Rating: ****
This quarry appears to have been a dumping ground for stolen cars for many years. Everything is in here from cars to bikes, caravans, a silvercross pram and a set of Post Office scales. The only thing that lets the site down is the entrance to the site has been blocked off by the local council to deter dumping and therefore is a 200 yard hike to get to waters edge. The entrance is quite hard to find but any of the locals will point you in the right direction.
