ford ka water leaking into car?

my mums last ka had a water leak as footwells tened to be wet sometimes but never knew where it was from?, yesterday she lifted her mat to find the drivers footwell soaked? is there a common place they leak? cheers

y dad said its keeping coolent but coming down the steering column, screen seal?

could well be, or check your scuttle drains are clear, it could be filling up and coming in

also if it has a sunroof, check the drain pipes
