STOLEN VEHICLE!!
1949 f1 Ford Stepside Pickup Truck, LHD
All original Steel body. Patina - waxoyled condition ( as per photos)
350 4 Bolt Chevy with 5 Speed manual Gearbox
Tailgate pinstriping plus also on the cab below rear window.
'It ain't real if it ain't steel' on rear of cab above rear window.
Has cracked rear and passenger (offside) windows.
Ford badge missing from bonnet (nearside)
Has box heater fitted in passenger side well.
Steel wheels with chrome caps. Rear wheel (nearside) has about 5” of weld running around inside of rim.
The vehicle was stolen from a front drive in Dartford Kent on Saturday 13th December at 11.00am and the owner is distraught as you can imagine and cannot believe that some low life would steal his pride and joy.

Bastards! Has he had any unwanted intrest from Gypo's? They love this kind of thing. My old man always gets them knocking on his door or pulling him over asking if will sell his old Morris LC5 (Greengrass pick up). But as said very odd thing to go missing.

No news yet, but word is speading, so lets hope it's found.

The docks have been informed, and folks are looking out for it across europe just in case it's travelled in a container.

The guy would be happy to get his truck back in one piece, but really the culprits need sorting.

Eyes peeled, and lets see if we can give him a happy Christmas.

It is unlikely to be worth the risk of taking it for scrap, as the price is so low now, but it could be taken for banger racing, or for parts.

just beacause the price of scrap has dropped doesn't mean pikeys are going to stop they are just going steal more or bigger (read heavier) things as may be the case here.
